Need:

Occasionally transmitted information, although attractive, was not sufficient to build a step-by-step image of an expert and inspirer for architects and designers. Communication had to be organized and systematized. Above all, we had to discover real target groups for the social media of the brand.

Answer:

For the Pilkington brand we developed a communication strategy in social media – from communication persona, through communication lines to a detailed schedule of publications on Facebook and Twitter. Of course, it couldn’t be done without a dedicated visual identity, which also inspires foreign branches of the Pilkington brand.
